CANCER OF LIE, VIOLENCE AND SYSTEMATIC STATE CRIME WITH ECONOMIC AND CAPITALISM MOTIVATED WALKING NAKED IN THE LAND OF PAPUA
(State violence in Papua is the face of the Indonesian nation's moral crisis, a humanitarian crisis, a justice crisis, a crisis of truth values and the longest running human tragedy since December 19, 1961 until now)
The burning incident of the Susi Air Pilatus Porter PC6/PK-BVY aircraft and detaining Capt. Pilot Philip Marthens on February 7 2013 in the Paro-Ndugama District which was carried out by the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) as a repeat event, not a new event that surprised us all.
Previously, the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) burned the MAF PK-MAX aircraft at the pilot of Capt. American citizen Alex Luferchek on January 6 2020 at Kampung Pagamba Airport, Biandaga-Intan Jaya District, Papua. There were two passengers on the plane that was burned by TPNPB.
There was also a shooting incident that led to the death of Brigadier General I Gusti Putu Danny Karya Nugraha on April 25 2020 in Beoga, Puncak Regency, Papua. Until now, it is still a mystery who shot this General. The state accused the perpetrators of being troops from the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB).
There was an incident almost the same as the attack on the military post in Kisor village, South Aifat District, Maybrat district. The attack on Thursday 21 September 2021 which killed four members of the Indonesian Army. The four military members who were found dead were Serda Amrosius, Private Private Dirham, Private Private Zul Ansari, and First Lieutenant Chb Dirman.
From this thread of violence, the key question that I raise in this paper arises. I convey this question without diminishing my respect for the troops of the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) who stand firm and persistently fight for the right to self-determination of the people and nation of West Papua.
Key questions from me as follows:
1. Is it true that the burning of the aircraft MAF PK-MAX on January 6 2020 in the Biandaga District, Intan Jaya Regency, Papua, and the burning of the aircraft
Susi Air Pilatus Porter PC6/PK-BVY on February 7 2023 in Paro District, Nduga Regency, Papua was PUREly carried out by TPNPB Troops?
2. Were the hands of the TPNPB Troops borrowed by another party for the burning of the aircraft MAF PK-MAX on January 6 2020 in the Biandaga District, Intan Jaya Regency, and the burning of the aircraft
Susi Air Pilatus Porter PC6/PK-BVY on 7 February 2023 in Paro District, Nduga Regency, Papua?
3. Is it correct to shoot against
The Head of BIN Papua Region, Brigadier General I Gusti Putu Danny Karya Nugraha, in Beoga, Puncak Regency on April 25 2020 was carried out by the West Papua National Liberation Army Troops --- TPNPB?
4. Is it true that the shooting of four TNI members Serda Amrosius, Praka Dirham, Private Private Zul Ansari, and First Lieutenant Chb Dirman in Kisor village, Aifat District on 21 September 2021 was carried out by
Troops of the West Papua National Liberation Army-TPNPB?
5. Is it true Abraham Tatemte and Melkias Ky who were arrested by the TNI and Police and are being processed at the District Court were the perpetrators or involved in the attack and murder of four TNI members Serda Amrosius, Private Dirham, Private Zul Ansari, and First Lieutenant Chb Dirman in Kisor village, District Aifat on September 21, 2021?
6. What's going on, Even though thousands of organic, non-organic TNI troops are sent to Papua from time to time to face the troops of the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) which have very minimal skills, minimal weapons, minimal number of members and no sophisticated equipment, but the TPNPB troops are still there until now?
We compare these six key and main questions with the views of (the late) DR. George Junus Aditjondro:
"...So it's also the army that revives OPM. Again, the point is that there will be operating money that the bosses or generals can eat. For the soldiers, it's enough to eat the yellow birds exchange. The bosses, eat millions of operational funds. If there is no precarious situation, then no money will come out of the State.... One of the problems that often haunts the Papuan people, namely 'paid OPM' or the creation of the apparatus. This shadowy OPM formation is not immediately eliminated, hence the existence of Papua as an integrated part of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia will continue to be questioned or sued..." (George, 2000:174,175).
These six key questions that I ask have been bothering my mind and conscience for a long time. The reason is, given the many prolonged humanitarian and injustice crises in the Land of Papua and also the many victims of human lives from the POAP civilians, Migrant brothers and also members of the TNI-Police.
We can all know who the real perpetrators are in a fair, correct, honest and transparent manner if the incident of the shooting of General Gusti Putu Puncak, the shooting of 4 TNI members at Maybrat, the burning of the plane in Intan Jaya, the burning of the plane in Nduga is investigated by a credible independent team.
So far, the people of Papua, the people of Indonesia and the international community have consumed information disseminated by one party, namely the government, the TNI and the Police.
If we examine carefully all this violence and crime it seems "by design" crime cancer for the following purposes:
1. Systematic efforts to expel the Indigenous Papuans (POAP) from their ancestral lands so that the vacated land is taken by capitalists or investors for capital operations in gold and oil mining. Capitalists and financiers must be protected by the military and police on the grounds that companies are vital assets of the state.
2. The land vacated by the POAP was built for the military and police headquarters, which on a wider scale the construction of the Regional Military Command and Regional Military Command on the grounds that the area was not secure and to protect the people.
3 The vacated areas or villages were brought in by residents from Indonesia to occupy and occupy the empty villages. Clearly and definitely the TNI and POLRI are the guardians and protectors of these immigrants.
4. This violence also aims to label the Indigenous Papuans (POAP) "terrorists", especially the fighters for justice, political rights, equality, human dignity and peace.
5. This violence also has the aim of covering up the violence and crimes of the State so far which have caused gross human rights violations which have become a problem of humanity and injustice in international forums and including in UN forums. The Indonesian authorities tried to wash their hands by eliminating state violence and accused the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB).
6. Violence and crime are an integral and inseparable part of the systematic, structured, programmed, integrated, massive and collective ethnic extermination of the Indigenous Papuan people by the State.
Finally, it was concluded that the military solution to the Papua problem for 62 years since December 19, 1961 until now has never resolved the roots of the Papuan problem, but on the contrary, has prolonged state violence and crimes which have resulted in the suffering of the Indigenous Papuan people.
The writer's prayer and hope, the readers will get enlightenment.
Happy reading. God bless.
